10:30 Candidates, wives, guests, first line signers, clubs and units’ representatives and ceremonial cast arrive.
10:30-12:30 Orientation presenting Shriner Children’s Hospitals, Al Koran’s 2021 events, Clubs and Units and introduction to the Al Koran Divan.
12:30-1:30 Lunch for all attending.
1:30 Ceremony begins in the lodge room with everyone invited to attend the first section. Then after guest or wife’s fez their candidate everyone except candidates and Shriners will move to the dining hall for further discussion and orientation.
3:30 Ceremony should conclude, and everyone moves to the dining hall for social time and service awards presentations.
4:30 Dinner for all attending
Ceremonial Registration: Call Al Koran Recorder Bob Berteau: 216-337-9849, no registration fees and no cost for dinner. Donations to help cover the cost of the dinner will be accepted when dinner is served.
Candidates petitions including fee of $50 should be submitted for reading and balloting prior to or in the Al Koran Stated Meeting October 19. (No dues responsibility for the candidates until 2022.
Ceremonial Cast dress is tux or dark suit and tie. All other attendees dress is business casual.
